This was the programme Bush wrote, right? It seems to be as bogus a statement as "Biden bungled the Afghanistan pull-out."
All of our political discourse today can be traced back to Bill Fucking Clinton.
Go back further. Regan is to blame for a ton of our woes, and the Clinton's just made it worse. While Bush and Obama kept up the status quo while keeping us constantly at war.
I mean..... He did popularize third way politics in America, which has paved the way for fascism in America. That being said, it's hilarious that a publication like foreign policy would attempt to blame it on changes to how welfare works without actually alluding to why.
