The guardian revealed as The Emperor sounds like James Earl Jones! I had to look up the cast because I could swear it was him. But it's not! The character is voiced by Scott Joseph, who I've never heard of before. Did they use synthesizers to make his voice sound like that? His look doesn't match that voice at all.

Looks have nothing to do with what your vocal chords can do.

For example, this is the magnificent Geoff Castellucci, one of the best bass singers on YouTube, if not the world of rhythmic music.

His bottom note is a B0! That's so low that you feel it more than hear it if your headset or speakers have decent bass reproduction and settings!

For me one of the most impressive examples of how little a voice has to match someone is the singer from the German band Annenmaykantereit who looks like a thin and weak young guy but has that kind of roughness in his voice of a 60 year old guy that smoked all their life
