Dodging taxes?
Of all the billionaires this guy feels like his heart is in the right place.
Why? Because he's old and won't be around forever. Avoids lots of taxes I'd assume for his heirs too.
I assume his heirs would prefer to have taxed money rather than untaxed nothing.
