The cursed item is a smartphone 
spell called Lathe of Heaven that lets you summon a demon but inflicts psychic damage on self
Lathe of Heaven makes what you say come true, but only when you don't want it to
lathe kick is also a dope name for a physical move.
A spell called Post Hog that forces a Wisdom save on its target, and if it fails the target is compelled to whip it out

what system we talking about here, 5e? because that would clearly be a warlock subclass im thinking hexblade with a few modifications
obviously you get some shapeshifting for one of your features because you'd need to be an actual bear
Perhaps the wild shape could come from a cursed Ushanka. Otherwise, Warlock/Druid would be hella MAD.
Hexbearer's strength is in collective action - the class becomes stronger if more party members are performing the same task.
This mf watched Jujutsu Kaisen once and decided they needed to implement a homebrew class into 5e.
Also just play an Eldritch Knight and say the source of your power is that you're cursed, you don't need to homebrew a new class for everything.
I mean, JJK itself has plenty of examples. And HxH has plenty more, within a basically identical power system
