It isn’t wrong and I can do it, I can do what I want. I can wear a ten gallon with sweat pants and a bomber jacket, I can do it. I don’t want people to think this cowboy “gimmick” as some call it is phony. If I want to learn to rear a horse and gallop through the city with my ten gallon then I will do that. I will steal a horse just to prove I am a capable rancher, not only am I skillful I am able to adapt to every situation that comes my way. Something went wrong? Don’t worry, I’ll be there with one hand held onto my Stetson looking down slightly and the other hand resting inside my pocket because I, unlike the haters who think ten gallons are UGLY do not understand the ability to fill the role of my desires.

why would I lie

Believe it or not, I met the person behind BMF accounts I mean they could have been lying but considering how niche a poster they are, I don’t think many people would claim to be them or even admit to it… but since the circumstances of meeting them were quite extraordinary, I don’t think this person was really lying because it’s almost like anyone claiming to be a popular poster on this site, it’s cringeworthy.

I’m not going into detail how I got to meet them because opsec but I assure you, the posting is just the tip of the iceberg and far from a “bit.” It was back when I was still under the influence, I had just taken a few grams of ketamine which was normal for me at the time. The venue we were at was playing truly demonic music by the Chemical Brothers and the DJ was wearing an all red veil and would occasionally whip themselves and then turn up the music louder each time they did it. I was freaking out so I just started browsing hex and that’s when the person who claimed to be BMF came over and grabbed my arm and then stared at my phone, they were observing the screen as if they were astonished at the fact I was using this website. It’s embarrassing to admit that I use this website in public, I rarely do but I was freaking out and needed to post to calm down or just take my mind off everything going on. “What website is that?” the person asked, I just stared at them because I was so paranoid I thought they were a fed and they were gonna stop the rave and arrest me and shove me into a black van. I just said “hey um take your arm off me, it’s just some forum.” They took their arm off but their gaze was still fixated on the screen. I tried putting my phone away but they stopped me and said “chapo right?” I nodded and just looked at them. They smiled and then took out their phone which was some dinky tmobile advertised on the back with a cracked screen and a strip of literal bandaid over the crack, I guess to stop the glass shards from cutting their finger. They started showing me hexbear and by that point I was sure they were a fed and this was like some sort of honeypot. It just seemed like the odds were too extreme for this to be a coincidence and also the fact that this person was a straight caricature out of disco elysium, like the feds compiled everything into chat gpt and this was the result of your average hexbear. They kept trying to log in but they were having difficulty doing so but they were logging in as “Blackmoldfutures.” I wasn’t really into BMF that much not like the rest of you but I understood that they were a “power poster” so I was kinda semi in awe but also still paranoid that this was a bit. They got angry after not being able to log in and they literally placed the phone down on the floor, stood on it, and then started spinning whilst they were balancing on the phone. I honestly thought they were trying to do that in an attempt to get it to work again, maybe this was the reason why their phone was so fucked in the first place. Like any time they fucked up logging in they would just spin on their phone almost like undoing the damage by moving their body in the opposite direction of time in order to get it to work again. The phone went black but then they just restarted it and to my surprise it turned on again.

They were probably too under the influence to log on or just forgot their password at the time which is why they couldn’t log in, but after not being able to and doing the ritual I was just in complete shock and confusion kinda like this 😳. “It wasn’t meant to be” they said and then they fucked off into the crowd, and that was it. The best way I could describe it is seeing a cryptid in person and only you were the one to have that experience and nobody else could have shared it and the only way you can explain it is through a story that people might not even believe. I left shortly after and took the train home.

Agreed. I love the world’s aesthetics and each area is peak game design but I’ve found myself not wanting to replay the game at all just because of how much of a chore it is to get through it all. I’ve played through DS3 about 30 times and I could play 30 more times and have no issue, Elden Ring I’ve only played about 7 times and that’s only to see how hard the NG+ cap is. The balance in difficulty is all over the place and I’m severely disappointed that some major bosses are weaker than others whereas Souls bosses always had a linear difficulty, if that’s the right way to put it.

Like you said about the weapon variety and skills being one of the best parts of the game, it still doesn’t get me to want to keep playing because of how huge it is and for little reward. Miyazaki said they won’t be as ambitious with further projects and I think that’s a good choice, I think they proved they could make an open world and they did but it just has many flaws. I’m kind of in a predicament between enjoying the world itself but also wanting that world to offer more in terms of enemy variety and things to explore and having been rewarded for that exploration because on one hand, you have a stellar game design that just fits perfectly with the lore, that being a world in decay for 5000 years until you reach it. From that level of discovery and detail to architecture they really did a good job. But on the other hand traversing through these areas on a new run just becomes tedious and most of my time is spent using Torrent to rush to a place I need to get to in order to progress the story which is all I want to do.

I think open worlds are a fad and give credit to FS for attempting it, they did a good job imo with every aspect of world building and design. But coming from DS3 where it’s more linear and you actually feel a solid progression I feel Elden Ring was lacking in that feeling of satisfaction. I think playing it for the first time was the best time I’ve had with the game but every other time I’ve played it I’ve just been turned off by how much traversal the game requires especially with how sparse areas are with items that don’t even fit with your build. I think the DLC being more compact helped solve this issue and brought back some of that Dark Souls-esque level design but at the detriment of again, having too many sparse areas with no reward at all. There were too many areas with little to no reward and you’re just left dissatisfied.

But it’s like I said, as a fantasy game taking in every detail and traversing the world is spectacular but when all I want to do is fight things it just becomes much more of a chore and also the difficulty spikes is just over the top. Bosses are too overpowered, weapons, spells, incantations are overpowered too which can sometimes trivialize the game entirely. It just feels like an overall unbalanced tragedy for a game with peak design. But I hope they do learn from it with future titles. I don’t want an open world souls game again but if they’ve learned from Elden Ring then I hope they improve from the mistakes they did the first time around. But all things said, it is genuinely the best open world fantasy RPG you could play right now.

Get the “ but we’re liberals 🤓” joke out now.

Obviously we’re very far left and vocal about being anti establishment, some things I’ve seen posted here, whilst I won’t admit I agree with :) are pretty sus from a feds perspective. If the site was raided and if people were subject to arrests, what do you think they would be charged with? We’re obviously on a list of course but the same can be said about all people tbh so I don’t really care about that, but since the political sphere in the US is becoming more mask off fash from both parties especially the drump comment about “enemy within” what do you think the future is? Also what crime is committed exactly? Might be a weird example but places like Georgia are racially targeting rappers by using their lyrics as evidence that they have committed crimes, couldn’t something similar happen here on this space? Does anyone have any examples of what the crime committed would be exactly or does it fall under freeze-peach.

I think it’s already been alarming for years but even more so with the multitude of arrests of people in support of Palestine including students who were just present at protests. I’ve seen people on here say we have to be organized etc in order for feds to take an initiative, but who knows exactly.

I just wanna know what crime and what jail I’ll be sent to if it all comes to that

I don’t have a degree but I’m good at lying on my resume, it was how I was able to get a job that I maintained for a year. I hate working as does everyone but I’m more vocal about hating it and often get myself into trouble. I don’t have college credits or degrees or any certifications or training. I’m autistic too so most the jobs I’ve had have been extremely uncomfortable. Ideally I would like to work with flowers even though I have no experience I really like them and think it’s quiet but I think these are few and far between. My unemployment runs out soon so I really need to find work but I just don’t know what to do.

No qualifications, no drivers license, no college degree, nothing just a loser NEET
