I'm tired of this genre of posts I keep seeing on other sites where they'll say something like "trans people existing doesn't affect you" or like "no one is asking you to change your beliefs, just to treat others with respect" or did stuff like that.
Trans people (and queer people in general) existing IS a threat to the gender system, and so is a threat to people deeply invested in it. I DO want people to change thier deeply held beliefs. I am a radical, I hate society, I want to change it, I want to destroy patriarchy. Assimilationism is not a path to liberation.

Go outside? I have lots of nice, sincere conversations with my friends, deep discussions of philosophy, history, literature, etc. all offline.
Of course, we also all talk in gay slang because, ya know, we're all gay. Not liking gay slang or ebonics is pretty sus.
Also, Food House 2 dropped this year, so idk how anyone can say all music sucks. Maybe you need to broaden your horizons?

Damn, I think I at this point i actually prefer the old religious "humans are special and different from other animals cuz god have us the consciousness" shit to this new techno-religion "biological sucks, destroy consciousness and bring on the machines" shit. At least there were some Christians and shit throughout history that really cared about animals (and some other religions have been better). This shit is just anti-life completely
I break down crying about this shit at least once a day. There is so much injustice and cruelty in the world. I am constantly aware of it, it weighs on me at all times. I don't know what's wrong with other people, that they don't feel the pain of others, don't want to help, don't care.

And I understand wanting to be safe and wanting to not have to deal with transphbic comments, worry about violence, etc. But assimilation isn't a real path towards that, only dismantling patriarchy is.
