April 1st was too fast for them so they opted to use April 8th.

32,000 innocent people were killed in Gaza. That's 32,000 "mistakes" right there.

The legal system is doing EVERYTHING it can to delay literally everything for this man, just so that election time will creep closer and closer and they can just say, "oh it's too close to election time and we can't just cancel a Presidential candidate in the midst of all this".

These exceptions will never be given to any normal citizen of the US, but when it's this rich orange idiot, every rule in existence will bend.

I've maintained this idea for a while as well. It's really only after Pichai took over that Google and Android both have started scrapping useful programs/apps/services, made needless change to make products worse, and in general just haven't really innovated much at all. At least when compared to how the company was run when Larry Page and Erik Schmidt were running the company.

This dude has made Google boring.

Lol and his fans are still totally fine with him saying dangerous crap like his. It's unbelievable.

Honestly been steadily becoming less happy with the way Google/Android has been going even since Pichai took over.

They had it so easy but didn't realize that that's not the norm at all. They still expect the same to happen now. As if one can work through college and pay off all debts, or if just going to college meant landing a job, or even if you landed a job it would do little more than just make you live paycheck to paycheck.

There's no meaning to life. It's a scam of an idea that we all fall prey to. Instead, think of it as just creating new meaning to it every single day depending on what you think and do. It's a liberating feeling, to be honest. Because now you don't have to stress yourself out to figure out some grand meaning [that doesn't exist] and inevitably failing and being depressed over that.

Trickle Down Economics and the "War on Drugs" make incredible lasting damage to this country. It's so unfortunate.

Bet even the self driving software of BMW won't use turn signals when they change lanes.

One of the most toxic "businesses" in existence. Completely based on exploitation, even more so than normal commercials and TV shows ever have done.

Love the app so far!

One issue: I know I've subscribed to many more communities than just the ones that show up in the sidebar. But not all of my subscribed communities are listed there. I've double checked that I really am subscribed to those communities as well.

In the web app version of Lemmy it clearly has ALL my subscribed communities. Any idea if others are seeing this issue too?

Here's some background info on Butterball: https://superhuman-characters-and-their-powers.fandom.com/wiki/Butterball_(Marvel_Comics)

He's impervious to all physical damage, but is actually just an average man on offense.

Round 1: He joins the crew on Titan, can they get the Infinity Gauntlet off Thanos?

Round 2: He joins the group in Wakanda for the final fight, do the results change from the movie in any way?

Flash, from the latest Flash movie and Pietro from the X-Men Apocalypse movie!

Round 1: Who wins in a direct fight?

Round 2: Makkari from Eternals vs Flash?

Bonus: Makkari and Quicksilver team up, can Flash beat them both together?

The real sub closings and mass exodus from Reddit will most likely begin after the end of the month, when significant and popular 3rd party apps like Sync and Apollo will be shut down.
