A million seconds is 11.5 days. A billion seconds is a little under 32 years.

You can do tours at Long Range Laser places. There's two in the US and one on France. Take your idiot friend to one.

Yep, the laser array is the definitive answer.

I have a bath every night, no matter the weather. 30 mins reading my current book before washing and shaving. I have a bath thermometer and keep the temperature at 43.5 degrees c. Usually some muscle relaxing herbal bath salts. It's the best part of the day. Pure bliss.

It's usually a bugger to get out and you need to involve a finger.

I don't recall that happening with any other foodstuff.

It's an absolute bugger to get out, often involving a finger to work it free?

I don't recall that ever happening with any other foodstuff.

We'll be getting a free skinner moth trap soon. Basic one with no lights.

I know fitting a light will be best and I will a few months down the line, but in order to demonstrate to the kids, could I use a number of UV glowsticks we have in the first instance?

Not ideal, I know, but they're good glowsticks - very bright and glow well for 8 hours or so.

I asked here as the moth place I found on Lemmy wasn't active.
