Antibiotics are prescribed on a case by case basis and aren't only designed for specific infections, I've been prescribed Levofloxacin and Doxycycline before for severe sinus infections.

Yeah I was going to say, most common sense building codes require external outlets to have protective covers. Leaving it wide open like this is just asking for trouble.
