Bradford pears were used a lot in my area, but were ultimately invasive. I think putting more native shrubs or bushes might help some since their drip like can be kept smaller than a tree's.

It's a problem I have to deal with regularly at work. So many parking lots had low canopy trees that just all died off at about the same time due to being in parking islands.

The problem with planting trees in boulevards or in parking lot islands is that they cement and asphalt don't allow a lot of water to filter through to the roots. They might be fine for a little while, you might be able to nurse them along if you find a way to water them. But ultimately, they will all die off earlier than they should.

A lot of difficult to find movies are on there . That's what I use it for.

I was scared when I was a 19 year old doing a patrol through Sadr City in 2003, while manning the .50 cal and having dozens of kids suddenly show up and throwing rocks at me. Did I waste them even though I would have been justified because it wasn't uncommon that patrols would go through markets and peopled start throwing produce and mix a grenade in?

No. Because I was well trained and realized that life is precious. And I was dealing with those rocks a lot longer than 1.6 seconds.

I was able to file a grievance against a person everyone hates. It's a slam dunk grievance, I even have evidence from their Instagram.

Everyone that I've told about it has been over the moon that someone gets to put them in their place finally.

Monday morning we have our big meeting regarding it, and I'm going to straight up fuck their ass up. I hope they quit. Seriously, they are such assholes to everyone. No one has a nice thing to say about them.

You are already getting the pan hot enough to sear, just leave it there a little while longer and it's cooked!

Who is making this rule?

And yet they'll all still vote Republican.

As a Teamster union steward, any time I hear about a last, best, final, I immediately get super skeptical. Which one is it? Last? Best? Or final?

Probably not best. Probably not last. Final? Doubtful.

Whatever the offer, triple it, then double that. SAG has these motherfuckers by the balls. Double the triple double. Fuck them all.

About a decade ago or so, I found myself in a reddit argument with someone that claimed they had never attempted to plug a USB in unsuccessfully. They said that every single time they've plugged in, it was the correct way. Some people are insane.

Don't you love it when something you see or do is so commonplace to you, and when you show someone shorter and they can't even imagine it?

I'm gonna blame it on all the sync haters just commenting about how sync sucks and why FOSS is so much better.

Heavy metal puked like 6 times, drank some water and cooled down some. Felt better about 5 minutes later, so I went out and finished my yard and did my neighbor's.

Feeling 100% fine now. Sometimes you just have to get the evil out.

Nearly $100 this time. Add that to the over $400 from Facebook, and all thanks to this Great State's law's protecting privacy.

It does irk my wife some though, because we can't teach our nest cam that it's just me getting the mail and we don't need the notifications.

It was a really early CD-Rom game, probably 1993ish. You started off in the stone ages using sticks and rocks, fighting off bad guys and solving puzzles, and you'd move through time using the weapons of that era. I don't think I would classify it as an educational game because outside of the weapons and settings, I don't remember much of it having any information.

I'm pretty sure it was the first video game I ever beat.

Edit: it was not a real time strategy game. It was third person perspective.

We are bringing her inside at night because we had her first, and then we got some more chickens that are lore than twice her age, and she can't compete against the other three.

So she jumped up on me and then my switch. She's a sweet heart.
