Hahahaha my parents “watched my clothing” so I either had extra clothes in my bag that I’d change into, or I’d wear them under a top layer of “approved” clothing and take it off later.

Freedom of speech is strictly to prevent the government from harassing you. It has nothing to do with private entities. This is why you can lose your job for saying racist shit, or be persecuted if you say something your college doesn’t like.

That’s not his job, that’s congress’s job. He can propose a bill, but wtf is the point when the house doesn’t even have a speaker and the current majority hasn’t brought a single bill to the floor for a vote.

It’s common in non celebrity families as well. When someone dies it’s like everyone decides to be as shitty as possible to the ones who were closest to the deceased.

When my mom died her family broke into my house and took everything. My dad was left with nothing to remember her by. It was horrible. These were the same people who refused to talk to her for months prior to her death. Then they had the audacity to blame my father and I for her death. Like motherfuckers if you would have answered her calls at least once you’d know she was in severe physical pain when she died. It had nothing to do with us.

It’s not talked about a lot, but neuropathy kills all the time.

2 things.

  1. It was stupid as fuck to brag about it and post your face on the internet. Wtf are you thinking? No common sense.

  2. The snitch is a self righteous asshole. Jerking himself off for telling the police about this crime. Then he also gives his full name. Again no common sense.

Both guys are idiots. They deserve each other.

If divorce required 2party consent, how many people would have been killed? I know I would have, I finally left after my ex held a knife to my throat for saying hi to his mom.

My mom was one. Didn’t realize until I was older, and long after she died. But yeah, she only voted Republican because she was anti abortion. She had an abortion and suffered from unintended side effects and didn’t want other women to experience the same. I get where she was coming from, but she definitely had the wrong idea with banning abortion.

Oddly enough, it was a comment on Reddit that opened my eyes to everything. Something along the lines of “Dems don’t want women to have abortions. But we’d like the choice if need be.”

So it’s okay to fuck prostitutes as long as you wear a condom?

First, I’m on macOS and use qbittorrent. Thing we’re working properly until about a week ago.

None of the files will download properly. For instance if I download a movie, the data is there but not the actual video. This is the same for audiobooks, books, and games. When I go to open the file it says the application is unavailable?

I’ve tried reinstalling qbit, I’ve tried turning off my VPN, I’ve even wiped the computer and reinstalled everything. I also tried the force download thingy, and tried different torrent clients. Nothing as worked. Google has also failed me, but I may have been using the wrong keywords. I’m still newish to pirating (it’s been over a decade since I last pirated anything).

I’ve downloaded the same files onto my husbands MacBook to see if it was the file or my computer. It’s my computer. So I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and/or if anyone knows how to fix it.

Thank you.

When it comes to food: Try everything once. You never know if you like it if you never try it.

I’m not talking get a whole plate of the food, but just try a small bite.

The whole saying is actually “The customer is always right, in matters of taste.”

The phrase “may you live in interesting times” is a curse.

Also, firing spez does nothing because this wasn’t spez’s decision.

If you look at the history of Reddit’s API, it had a fee until spez became CEO again and made it free. This was when the 3PA took off.

Being the CEO does not mean that you get to actually make major decisions for the company. Think of the CEO as the face of the board of directors. They are the ones that approve/deny major changes.

You want the board changed, not spez.

Looking for help. (sh.itjust.works)

Hi. I’m wondering if there are any famous pc builders? Like maybe a YouTuber or something? I run a community center and would like to introduce PC building to the kids, but I personally know nothing about the subject. I would like to get someone in to host a workshop. If y’all have anyone in mind I can contact I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
