I dislike the wording. The use of the word "low" should either be left out entirely or placed before both intelligence and impulse. The way it is written now it could confer that low impulse control reflects high intelligence.
Could you give some context? I'm definitely not going to watch it based on just a "take my word for it" argument. He's been known to toe the line and get rude when people call him out on it. Scabs are looked down on and become pariah of there town so not many people are willing to become scabs. Without workers willing to become scabs the company is forced to come to the table out of necessity.
