There are a decent number of combinations of the X and Y chromosomes, not just XX and XY. If I remember correctly there are about 6 more common combos

I like the idea, and the graphics look really sharp. Definitely would give it a try.

This is a Lemmy comment section, not wikipedia. Besides, the last line agrees with a majority of the US at this point.

I did enjoy that What If had a connecting storyline, but they leaned a little too hard into it. Season 1 was a decent balance for it, but 2 and 3 could have definitely been more episodic.

Probably purposeful if so

Don't subject them to this monster

Never seen this before, might have to try it on my TV PC. Do like the interface!

Why does this guy look like Doug Heffernan lol

My personal hope is that initiatives like this one will drive more people to adopt the service, thus more varied and better content.

This is of course science fiction and up to your own interpretation. But, if you travel in time but not space, that means the earth is in a vastly different spot than it was before, even if there are no absolute coordinates to the universe. The earth travels around 140 miles per second relative to the center of the galaxy, so theoretically even a tiny time travel hop could mean you're appearing in the vacuum of space.

Gosh that would be nice. Unfortunately we are stuck on simpler issues like "do kids deserve to eat at school", so it'll probably be a while before we get paid commute time.

Nope, very rarely do you see them cover it at all. That's why we hate our 1+ hour drive commutes.

My apartment is not in the ground floor, so I occasionally get to see different creatures hanging out in the tree just outside my window. I get to see a lot of birds, but was not expecting to see this cute little owl trying to sleep during the day.

Not the only time I've seen an owl hang out on that branch, but the only time I've seen one hang out for hours.

For those that don't know, a large solar storm is occurring this weekend that may allow much of the US to see the northern lights. However, the forecast calls for clouds where I am, and most of the east coast. https://www.space.com/solar-storm-coronal-mass-ejections-mothers-day-weekend-storm-watch
