Jagex claims to "share" your personal data to advertisers like Google without getting any "monetary" benefit. For Free! What great friendships these corporate entities must have.

You can opt out with this link here, just be careful not to accidentally delete your account (unless...?):

https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360001370829

The Opt Out works for all UK and EU members, but if you live in the USA and Brazil there are some extra requirements such as living in Virginia or California for the USA. You can do this by entering your ZIP Code on the form. The California Zip Code, which you live in, Capische?

Netanyahu: "Please stop withholding weapons and support, please seriously guys cut it out"

TIME Magazine: "Is Netanyahu dragging out the conflict for political benefit?"

Biden: "There is every reason for people to draw that conclusion."

Kamala Harris: "I will not be silent."

Hexbear: "Congress gives Netanyahu Standing Ovation, blood on hands of every US lawmaker, US President personally responsible for tens of thousands of deaths directly."

Sure, China is a dictatorship, but in return they are:

  • Just as corrupt in industry.

  • In Decline from their once amazing rate of people exiting poverty.

  • Losing all of their trade partners.

  • Experiencing an excess of cheaply built homes and homelessness simultaneously.

  • Are being forced out of the global tech economy.

  • Fully reliant on Russian Oil.

  • More likely to enter new wars every day.

  • Incapable of managing their own agriculture sector.

If that is all it takes to get rid of landlords...

I'm in the firm belief that Amish are crazy but harmless.

Mormons are not that. Mormons are a modern organization, and one that is ruthless and demanding of its followers, and with funding to spare.

I notice that now, more than ever before, new upcoming artists' and alternative music is heavily pop-oriented, synthesized, and digital.

Is it just easier for them or do Gen Z not have the fondness for guitar that dominated the 1980s to the 2010s?

I like the flour bags, I would hate to have to buy in plastic containers.

Oh I get it, it's in response to pregnancy tracking bills in the making. I just thought she was anti-medicine in general, at first.

The lack of humility in their statement makes me think they haven't learned anything.

Youtube Ads used to be for pizza restaurants and lawnmowers.

Now they want me to join a fucking cult that worships alphabeta-blocking milkshakes.

House Rules:

5 Sequential Cards high value > 5 Sequential Cards low value > 4 of a kind high value > 4 of a kind low value > 3 of a kind high value> 3 of a kind low value > 2 of a kind high value > 2 of a kind low value

Aces worth more than Kings for pairing, but a sequence of Ace to 5 is a low value sequence

Only Numbers are considered, signs like clubs/spades/hearts/diamond don't count towards pairs.

If you tie then the point pool is split. Everybody starts at 0 and their scores go negative as they play the first round until they win.

Each player ante the entry and is given 5 face down cards of which 3 are revealed immediately. Folding means you lose the entry, staying means you pay an additional amount equal to entry, you can double the bet for this phase (double the entry adding up to triple the initial ante total) and force every player to do the same or fold, and a new card is revealed. This repeats a second time so that all 5 cards are now known to you.

Finally, everyone has their cards revealed to everyone else. Read them and weep.

After Three Rounds the lowest scoring player(s) is eliminated.

If I get a few interested people then I plan to make an interface for it which receives it's cards data from a server. There are no current plans for wagering or prizes, but maybe I'll see what we can do if I get some good feedback.

I tend to always give the underdog the benefit of the doubt in these cases.

Remember when a lady suffered third degree burns from coffee at a McDonalds drive through? Everybody made fun of her but she was right, she won in court, and McDonalds had to retrain staff and change how equipment was operated at every single location.

Never found a motive? Are you joking? We've got tons of info on the psycho who did it. He was a distraught aging white male with a history of depression, gambling, and firearms who wanted to hurt the world and kill himself.

Sad losers are a dime a dozen but at least most of them aren't as stupid as that guy. There is no reason to discuss this outside of proposed changes to our society as a whole to better prevent these stains on history.

When your employees are so efficient they start using their spare time to audit each other's efficiency on an industry-wide metric.
