So to recap: in just over a year, the entity went from commiting a genocide and opening up 2 fronts (Yemen and Lebanon) to commiting a genocide and opening up an additional 2 fronts (Syria and now formally Iran) making for 4 active fronts.
They flew jets over Jordan, and if what Iran said about countries letting the entity use their airspace is serious, then we can expect Jordan to be the target of Iranian BM and drones in the near future.
Depending on how big this strike is, we'll see if Iran destroys western oil and energy infrastructure.

I would like explanation for the thinking that led to me being recently banned and branded a racist.
I was randomly attacked by a bad faith troll who later let slip that she was bearing a grudge based on some other encounter from 8 months ago. The attack consisted of an attempt to paint me as a racist for this simple and honest reading error.
I am a principled Marxist Leninist, active in real life and any reading of my contributions will support this and refute this slur on my character.
I can, at most, stretch to forgiving the ridiculous idea that I was the one being “toxic” here, and not simply holding up a mirror to the toxicity of the troll who attacked me for an innocent mistake, fantasised about me doing hypothetical racist things, asked me loaded questions and tried to put words in my mouth to fool credulous onlookers.
What I cannot ever accept is the allegation that I somehow engaged in “racism” anywhere in this interchange or in any of my other comments in the years I’ve participated on here. I deserve an explanation as to what you think you saw as racist in any of my comments.
I expect a complete apology, a clearing of my name and censure against my attacker and abuser. Those involved shamed themselves with their actions. You have an opportunity to make amends and undo that injustice you’ve inflicted.
I run a large ML forum with weekly views of tens of thousands and I recognise exactly the temptations you’ve allowed yourselves to succumb to of abusing your power for a false sense of righteousness based on petty bullying and unfair treatment. I know that I’m not the only one who’s been a victim of this on lemmygrad.
The contributors to this forum deserve better moderation and better judgement from the admins in general. The current process of banning people without right of reply is abusive and dishonourable. That can be a separate discussion.

You know I've been discussing this with my sibling: this event may seem like nothing considering this probably won't lead to invasion. You know, just a terror attack which the entity regularly engages in.
But in the grand scheme of things this is going to snowball into collapse of the western tech market in Western Asia and probably the world.
China's semiconductor game is on point. They're only a few months away from western tech standards and they continue to move forward. I mean it tracks with their records on solar panels and EVs, sectors that the west used to dominate until China locked in.
Their biggest competitors were western tech; Apple and Google are massive competitors (and often they do out-compete Huawei in the global stage) among other western companies.
These waves of attacks (we'll probably see more in the future, since I doubt it's just pagers and radios) tells everyone that even western tech supply chains aren't to be trusted before it was just the tech with regards to backdoors and surveillance.
But now your fucking device could turn into a bomb? Whose to say that your home appliance can't be turned into a fucking bomb; what about your TV and laptop?
Countries have already gotten the memo, this is reminiscent of the US kicking Russia out of the SWIFT payment system. That was the nuclear option that the west thought would bring Russia down, instead it expedited dedollarization and BRICS enrollment. Saudi Arabia started offering oil in the yuan after what happened to Russia.
Countries, especially if they're in the US's cross hairs, are probably looking at incorporating more Chinese alternatives. I'm talking Chinese made from A to Z. Nothing with western involvement.
Chinese products are good, and they constantly improve and get cheaper. You don't innovation in the west like you would get from China. All this attack did was expedite the global shift to Chinese tech.
Tldr: western tech will go the way of the American automotive industry.

What is known for certain is that this will galvanize the right in the US and lead to more rightwing stochastic terrorism in the long run. Trump will win this election. If he doesn't then several major riots might start across major US cities. Whoever is in charge of this news is going to make sure the least amount of information about that guy's identity is available to the public.
