This might be a server side error, actually. Here’s a comment from someone on r/redditmobile:

“For me, it displays the “no notifications” prompt. I think there is a server/app error that is causing notifications to not display. The “enable notifications and email” pop ups that occur when checking the activity screen might display instead of the “no notifications” box might appear if you do not have them enabled.”

God, what an idiot. He’s not stealing your bank details, he’s politely asking for them.

Companies like TurboTax bribe politicians to not pass laws that would require you be told how much you owe

The more people try to "innovate" transportation the closer it gets to going back to trains. Driverless cars, for efficiency have them communicate with eachother, to accelerate and brake at the same time, for example. That's just less efficient and more expensive trains.

Yes, please. The more changes Reddit makes that people dislike the more likely people will be to move to Lemmy.

I’ve posted a feature request on the Lemmy GitHub to fix this, I hope they do something

And twitter blue dumbasses eat it up. Legit one of them said “he created a problem, and now he’s created a solution”. No, he didn’t say that as a criticism. He was telling people to buy twitter blue.

But isn’t doing nothing just as impactful as doing something small? What if by going out and taking a walk, you bump in to someone, slowing them down by a few seconds. This leads to them narrowly avoiding getting hit by a car. Now they’re dead and it’s your fault, you monster!
