If you think the baby sitter is abusing your kid, your a moron, why even hire him/her.

And now you are also recording the babysitter going to the bathroom.

I honestly don't get these posts, there's a couple of things that is super weird.

  1. Why does every discussion about Wayland include trashing xorg?

  2. Isn't the solution pretty obvious, stop mainting xorg if you don't like to maintain xorg, who is forcing you to maintain xorg?

I really don't care if I'm using xorg or wayland, I just want something that works, and I have tried wayland and that isn't the case as of the moment. And I don't care about the why, because I can't be like yeah I use Wayland that's why I can't be on this video conference.

Just stop mainting it if you don't want to maintain it, problem solved, move on.

Bought the budget version, pixel 6a. I have nothing but good experience with it. It is the best phone I've had, never again spending money on flag ship phones. This shit cost me about $250, and it feels, looks good and faster than my previous bloatware s10 - which cost me $1100 brand new, the battery and the camera was shit, had it for 3 years, couldn't stand having it another year.

In a couple of years I'll by a new low budget phone. You don't need a flag ship phone trust me, if it's not for the camera, but then I'd buy an iPhone.

I don't have issue with methods being 200 lines, as long as they have a singel concept and is easy to follow.

Dude, they have under water cameras , you can swim with fucking whales with a huge ass cameras, I'm not going swimming with my phone. Fick all these ratings, it's not like they would make it cheaper for you. Give me back changeable batteries, I'm not fucking fish.

I use windows at work, and it's the most annoying OS. so many small annoying behaviours that Microsoft will never fix. If it was a Linux dist I could fix those things, I can't pull the source code for the windows window manager and change the stuff I don't like. Linux gives me that freedom, and I love Freedom.

Read the article again, if you didn't understand read it again, if you still couldn't manage to read to whole article, look for help. Because the Article answers exactly your question and it states: they are not against targeted ads, meta can still use information that the user gives meta - their bio, their interests and other shit. What they are against is meta spying on it's users and collecting information about the user, that the user hasn't given meta permission to use, like location data, behaviour patterns.

Yawn.... even if it's true, who give a shit. Even before the pandemic, when people had a lot to do, they stayed at home so they could focus undisturbed to meet deadlines.
