Im in china rn and theres a fair bit of v2ray vpn providers i only paid 26cny for mine, though none of these are reliable (hosting your own is the most reliable) and will be throttled in the evening, Theres also a technical barrier as you'll need some know how on setting it up.
you can technically remove it with adb, but idk how secure it is.
unfortunately in indonesia you'll mostly get libs or reactionaries...
When i had an nvidia gpu it was really bad with all the workarounds i needed to do, from having to add nomodeset for the installer to work, to having to reinstall every nvidia related packages due to it suddenly not working with secureboot even though i set it up correctly months prior.
Don't think desktop linux is ready for most casual users except for amd users. tried to help my friend set up a dual boot with opensuse tumbleweed and it turned into a massive headache due to the nvidia closed source driver not playing nicely with secureboot.

any rolling or semi rolling release distro will do, but best to avoud distros that are not that newbie friendly in documentation and the amount of configuration needed (im using opensuse tumbleweed and it has alot of quirks that will turn off newbies), nobara seems like a good fit as it is based on fedora and come preconfigured with the needed codecs and repositories right off the bat.
