It's not uploaded but a tenor link, also, when using tenor gifs you should open the tenor link and open the image in new tab to get the raw path, lemmy doesn't know how to display tenor gifs.

Yea, Lemmy seems to be not quite there in terms of maturity, I've seen stuff like my post having 162 likes for ~4s, !general_art was flooded with posts for a few seconds the lemmy.ml gamdev community has no posts when searched from crystals.rest (at least on my brawser) and such..
ok, but all jokes aside, yea, this is a downside of federating across different platforms. There are similar issues like missing posts/interactions with Misskey and Pleroma, and prob many other platforms.
Yea, I feel ya :)) I have a pretty decent understanding of full map generators, but functional generating, where you give a function the coords and the seed and it always outputs the same thing is still a bit tricky 😵💫

Exams rn 😭 (or at least trying.. but ending up procrastinating all day long 💀).. Otherwise, I have some game ideas in working on, mainly this don't starve-like adventure game with a procedural world and focus on exploration, potion-making, crafting, and magic (still figuring it out), I also want it to have quite a complex story. For this, I'm also using Godot (tho I modded it quite a bit to suit my needs.. packed arrays are a bit neglected in the base version..). Also learning zig lang :) I love and hate zig at the same time
