No. If you read the thread this is in reference to people who attempt to tie their own race with religion. Eg Jewish people who believe an anti Zionist statement is anti Jewish or a criticism of parts of the Koran is somehow an attack on Arab people

I thought the point of right to try was if you were going to die anyway, being allowed to try an experimental treatment as long as you had exhausted all other options where as the existing program (assuming EAP) still prevented people accessing some experimental treatments?
