Someone in the area picked a really good name for their boat.

I have marginal service out here. So here's the link just in case.

It's non-friction.

Happy Father's Day!

An oopsie-daisy! ๐ŸŒผ

That's something that warrants further looking into, thanks for the idea.

The laptop is on Starlink, so the data usage would be noticed. It is a good idea.

I'll check that and see. That's a good suggestion, thank you.

For whatever reason, they aren't playing nicely. The resolution is unusable and barley legible. That was our initial solution.

Okay I need some ideas. Firstly, this is a work computer and I do not have admin privileges. Second I'm doing this solely for my convenience.

We have a Dell Latitude 3540 and I'm running a generic second monitor that we happend to have around. We do not have a docking station, so we're using a spare Samsung K550 Soundbar to upscale the resolution on the second monitor through the ARC TV HDMI port. So it's, HDMI out from the laptop to the sound bar and then ARC HDMI out to the monitor. The issue, the sound bar goes to sleep after 5 minutes of no sound and I can't disable the auto off feature. This shuts off the feed to the second monitor and it doesn't resume automatically. I think if I can find some kind of timer that will send some sort of sound to the bar every 4 1/2 minutes or so, then it will stay active. I don't know how to do this. Does anyone have suggestions? TIA Tug

Didn't we just go through this with Roe?

Oddly enough, I had a co-worker try it on his android phone and his said Lauderdale Lakes FL. I suspect ATT is up to some fuckery

Also since we're here. Does anyone have a recommendation for a VPN? I'm creeping more and more towards protecting my privacy

When I connect to wifi, it's correct and I'm located in NY. The IP in the About Phone tab matches the address in Miami

So like the title says,I have my S23 on cell data and Firefox and Chrome say I'm in Florida when I'm actually I'm NY. I turned on location data, turned off ad block (I really don't want to do that) and some other extentions amd did a restart. Any idea where I go next?

Edit/small update- I was in Connecticut yesterday and tried it again on cell data, it had me in Pittsburgh, so it's something on AT&Ts end. I'd like to thank everyone for commenting, I appreciate it.

Not my content, and as it's Imgur, I'm sure it's "borrowed". Today is our day!

I've seen a bit of it around but know nothing about it. I do love large world building with extensive story lines (I really enjoyed the entire Dune series, even the prequels his son wrote). So if I wanted to start reading WH books, where should I start?

I was hoping to grab a wider set of wheels to use on my Cannondale Synapse and use it as a gravel bike. Has anyone tried this? I have 28s on there now.

Pil-grams!

I was lucky enough to get a few pics of the aurora tonight. The last shot is a friend's house that he sent me.

Well, now that Samsung Health is collecting data for third parties, it's time to move on. I'm looking for a GPS exercise tracking app that reads out mile splits. Anyone have a suggestion? I use Strava as well, but that doesn't give the audio splits.

We had a little visitor who was a bit curious last night.
