Amber is on 858 and some other recent ones.

Hope Christman comes back someday.

Yeah same.

Those who do and use Winblows, don't ignore your patches. Especially if using any kind of public wifi, definitely if you port forward for any reason or have any P2P software running that might've done UPnP... Just a mess.

I could definitely convince #2 to invest in a thing.

#4 is the senior Paul, Ron. I assume the middle seat is the new arch libertarian.

Color Out of Space

Suspiria is a favorite of mine, and a lot of other Dario Argento movies are enjoyable for me. Deep Red, Phenomena.

Death Race 2000

yeah it's great, there are a few bits of filler which could've been worked into the story with a little effort IMO (maybe the remakes/rebuilds fix this, I didnt get into the artistic direction)

OP dont read wont make sense anywaybeen a while so might mess up a detail but in the lilliputian hitcher they already bothered having it infect the magi and they reprogrammed the angel to defeat it or whatever, they could've done something at that time with unit 1 to later explain being able to eat zuriel and use the s1 engine

It doesn't matter which nation produced the actors responsible, there is a ruling class of criminals who defy borders to create conditions wherein they can profit. The extent to which the constituent parts of this CIA/foreign intelligence services/business/organized crime network actually meet and speak frankly versus just generally being able to read the room is not important because the outcome is indistinguishable to us whether it's 10 guys in a smokey room or 10000 people acting as part of a system. It's a bad system either way and it should be replaced with one that makes any ruling class dictation impossible.

Yeah I've always thought so since circa 2011/2012 when I contributed to some of the FAQ document they host.

Yeah there have been efforts since game servers without server software for consumers to run themselves were first commercialized, to prevent this outcome where profit motivation and shortsightedness will lock us out of so much. It's good this effort seems to be getting somewhere in the current system.

I can't stop thinking how remarkable it is that Doom spawned the speed running phenomenon, and people use specific version builds of those early entries, yet some of its most recent entries like DOOM (2016) are without playable version archives because of extremely preservation-hostile DRM schemes. Fuckers need to publish at a minimum all previous builds DRM-free for customers once a version is cracked, before DRM implementation in entertainment software can be banned entirely.

Oh, and I want source code + assets on file with a library of Congress or equivalent in different places for publication once it becomes abandonware.

I know the host is a progressive but yeah definitely lib. I'm curious if it gets better. I only listened to one episode before covid but they said something so amazingly lib & NED-approved & uneducated which, after waiting to make sure it didnt seem like a bit they were doing, I turned it off and never returned.
