Musk is underwater on Twitter loans, so he has to turn that into influence in this election. SpaceX makes a few billion a year, and they've burned up almost all the Artemis money without hitting any milestones from the original Starship bid proposal, but that's nothing compared to Tesla...

Tesla, which has been looking pretty ill lately... Cybertruck, headcut reductions, the as yet undelivered Roadster, obvious BS like telling people the 30K robotaxi will generate 100K yearly, trying to get his 50B$ compensation package (5 year's worth of payroll IIRC, and more than all profit the firm has ever generated). He should by all rights be at the center of a massive fraud case... And he might, if Tesla's overvalued stock craters.

Rfk can get Leon slimmed down on the roadkill carnivore diet (the secret is parasites)

I do but I don't label it. I guess anybody going thru my trash should mind any taped up boxes that sounds like there's a bunch of broken glass inside

Not really, you can do obscure things or obscure the hosting server with reverse proxies and mixnetworks. Most cloud hosts aren't sniffing around in your VMs/containers... But they might.

Freenet Messaging System (FMS) is a forum interface which uses the distributed key-value p2p storage of Freenet for publishing and hosting the content (which uses anonymous request forwarding similar to onion routing... and it's now called "Hyphanet" by its founder).

There are a few other systems that operate atop Freenet, including Freemail and some other forum systems that are very much not recommended due to illegal content.

If we know Wed/Thur before noon then I'll know around noon. If not then I have no plans this coming weekend and realistically go until next Wednesday by turning my phone off.

Even when there's some shred of truth to claims like this, it's never a good idea to explicitly defend a US-backed dictator. Here they're explicitly referring the Fujimori government's battles with Maoists who I do suspect were infiltrated by the US who was playing both sides to get fascists into power for natural resources extraction etc.

On reason I'm more than passively familiar was that I dated a woman who was taken from Peru as a baby and adopted by Americans in the 90s. She'd reconnected with her birth family and even met other adoptees from the same area and it really just seemed like they were basically kidnapped as kids.

2020 was the first time early voting was so common I think. I'd be surprised if 2024 surpasses 2020's total just because of that.

In this context they're saying the philosophy of PSL is a revised form of Marxism(-Leninism, probably). With negative implications.

Calling people is scary - much easier to post (I say this as someone who spends several hours on random video chat networks daily). I was baked when the last time a Dem phone banker called me and I kind of got into it with them. but I had to stop because I got the sense that if I kept reiterating the criminality of US empire more verbosely I might've made them cry. I assume they just have better data nowadays because I've only gotten texts from one random PAC this time around.
