Als Ergänzung kannst du natürlich MSCI World ex USA dazu kaufen zum Ausgleich. Oder MSCI Europe oder so. Es gibt aber keine objektive Herleitung wie das Verhältnis zu MSCI World sein soll, also kannst du nur nach Gefühl gehen.

MSCI World ACWI ist zu 90% gleich dem MSCI World aber halt noch ein bisschen breiter.

Nein. Das übliche Kriterium für eine Rezession ist "zwei Quartale mit negativem Wirtschaftswachstum in Folge". Der Teil "in Folge" ist bisher nicht erfüllt.

So to me, like the biggest thing is, are you making your software soft, putting it where you need it to be, and not being at the whim of the legacy of where all the software sits?”

The tradeoff is that "softer" software requires more verification work on the receiver side because there is too much variation for the supplier to test everything like before. OEMs don't accept that responsibility in my experience and try to outsource it back to the suppliers. It gets only superficially resolved during acquisition and later it becomes a blame game resulting in "surprise" costs. Well, not surprising to the engineers usually.

From the suppliers point of view, there is currently chaos. Every OEMs has very unique requirements and it is not feasible to offer scaling products. That means high costs for the OEMs because more stuff is custom-built.

OEMs handle this very differently. Some try to pull things in-house (Ford FNV4, VW CARIAD) but now find out that it is too costly. Others try make suppliers collaborate more closely (Continuous Integration!) but find out that the old patterns (plugging black-boxes) prevail.

I imagine all the big OEM managers are quite frustrated now because nothing seems to work. Meanwhile the "new kids" wonder why they struggle.

Ich finde das Umlagesystem als Prinzip gar nicht so falsch, aber ich stimme dir zu, dass die Maximalrente niedriger sein muss. Es sollte nur einen Teil der Rente ausmachen und die Menschen sollen auch privat vorsorgen.

Ob man die staatliche Rente an die Inflation koppelt ist eine spannende Frage. Alternativen wären die Produktivität, das Bruttosozialprodukt, oder das Medianeinkommen.

Falls es nur eine Grundsicherung sein soll und man sozial drauf ist, dann ergibt Inflation Sinn, denn man will den Rentnern ja die Lebenshaltungskosten erhalten.

Falls die staatliche Rente hoch genug ist als Gesamteinkommen (so wie aktuell) oder falls man eher wirtschaftsliberal denkt (wie die Union), dann ergibt eine Koppelung an die Wirtschaftsleistung mehr Sinn, denn dann bleibt die Belastung für die Arbeitenden stabil. Allerdings schwankt dann die Lebensqualität der Rentner, weil die Rente manchmal nicht mit der Inflation mithält oder sogar nominal sinkt.

Naja, Geld wird man vermutlich nicht sparen in der Justiz, aber es gibt wichtigere Straftaten aufzuklären.
