What the fuck did I just listen to

So the first sentence there, of article 8.2.b.iv seems to agree with most of the commentary I was seeing, as anyone would know that incidental loss of life and injury to civilians would occur.

Lol no. Just because I'm able to point out the flaws in this action didn't mean I should have all the answers for you. I still have the right to criticise even if I don't present a nonexistent perfect strategy.

Your source does not verify your claim. It says one factory, and you said multiple.

It's not effective (as courageous as it may be) because it will not reduce the death toll in Gaza. The planes already in service, plus the infinite planes on standby will continue to destroy helpless civilians regardless. This particular group has put multiple factories out of service? Do you have a source for that?

I'm finding it pretty difficult to find a definition of discriminate killing in international law. Most commentators seem to think that the pager attack was a very clear example of indiscriminate killing. Could you point me to the law which defines this term?

Of course it is. they targeted anyone with these pagers as well as anyone standing within a few metres of anyone with a pager. All of whom were definitely combatants. Because otherwise this would be a war crime, and Mossad would never.

Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not popping out of some vaguely Numenorian bint's uterus!

Interesting stuff! Thanks!

Punk drumming goes so hard. It doesn't get enough credit. If you can do Dude Ranch with no pauses then you'll have earned my respect!

As a guitarist this has inspired my new exercise regimen:

  • Switch Fitbit to right arm
  • Play more NOFX riffs

I read somewhere that eastern Asian populations lack a certain protein which helps metabolise alcohol, which was attributed to the fact that glass was not industrially developed and therefore distillation of alcohol wasn't widespread and the genome never had to adapt to alcohol. Probably more to it than that and it's outside my usual reading, but is there any truth to that? If so then not every culture invented moonshine.
