should i just make accounts with all/most of the available options and see which is used most? spamming my web-page footer with those banners doesn't feel aesthetically pleasing

has anyone experience with https://steadyhq.com/ ?

is there a downside to ko-fi that i should be aware of?

this looks promising!

see title. quality factors (from most to least important) are:

  • no data collection/aggregation
  • simplicity
  • doesn't belong to megacorp or some billionair douchebad
  • doesn't take too much money
  • no crypto/adware bs

plus points if they actively use/support free software and/or push the free culture movement in some way or the other

you might have to read what all those options are about. also, what you are referring to as ethernet may or may not be a specific driver, and tty itself is a somewhat abstract concept, maybe you mean serial - which is often addressed by or attached to TTYs?

write some small programs. the official reference for the basic instruction subsets are quite nice.

i don't have a guide handy but i also didn't have issues to find some when searching the web

make menuconfig should guide you through all possible options and enable you to browse and navigate all the dependencies. maybe deselect all first and then select only the ones you want?

but doesn't collaborating with the freikorps mean collaborating with what later became the nazi party?

don't get me wrong, i hate tankies as much as anybody should! i am just not sure whether the SPD way was more certain to succeed or better in general

Sourdough, 70% hydration

I suspect I should knead more (thoroughly)

Got it for free in a - i presume - rather rock-bottom state and now it is finally in bloom again! So happy rn

most leaves start to turn brown on the tips. is this an issue? what could have caused this?

any help/tips/ideas/pointers appreciated

aloha y'all!

i am looking for a good, solid, well written book on digital signal processing. i passed a two-semester course for my bachelors and am well acquainted with the basics and theory (i should, at least) and am now looking for a resource to look up specific stuff. i've looked into the topic and there is a plethora of books, many of them specific to some application(s), some field, some technology and/or language implementation and many of them not that well written (e.g. books consisting of single papers written by different authors).

ideal would be a technology-agnostic textbook including exercises that allows to dive into the various depths of the field at will.

what is your DSP "bible", reference book, go-to resource? any and all pointers are welcome, i'll definitifely look 'em up!

Okay, I've decided that a break from Ibis photos is in order (Robin told me to post his portrait, and what Robin wants he gets)

Eurasian Robin who let me get real close this morning.
