GuyMont is great! It did start out in NZ but has since moved to AU.
Another good AU show that is in the same vein is called Hard Quiz.

I agree, if you just want decent quality sound at a reasonable price, the AT cartridges are the way to go
The first was OK but didn't like the second and third. Was pretty underwhelmed, would not read again.
if you dont defrost it first you will most likely over cook the outside while the middle will be frozen or undercooked. potentially dangerous for chicken.
pro tip for fast defrosting? cut it up in smaller pieces, while its frozen. this gives each piece a greater surface area, meaning it will defrost and cook much faster. in this case, baking would be slowest option, i would chop into cubes and pan fry.
whip up a slice of nice verse pie.
Even the pirates know whats up
Way to drive home the point
Book Of Amber by Zelazny
The Martian, or Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir.
Sanderson has some good scifi, including a YA series starting with Skyward.
Most of the original Robot books from Asimov. 2001 series from Clarke.
What is this...Factorio for ants?
The starch in the water will help bring the sauce together and make it stick to the pasta better. Its more noticeable in a loose or wet sauce, esp. if you want to avoid it turning into soup. "Simple" sauces like Carbonara or Cacio e Pepe arent the same otherwise.
If you keep forgetting to do it, try leaving a measuring cup inside your colander, when you go to pour your cooked pasta in, it should remind you that you need to skim some water out first.
Probably a locale issue
