100%. Still plenty of BS supplements though, and I hate how unregulated the market is in the US.
Gotta do research before taking supplements.

I think there’s nuance here.
I’ve been lifting 2-3x per week for a few years now. First it’s intimidating. Then it’s exciting and builds confidence.
But after a while it becomes routine. I don’t think about it much- it’s a thing I do, just like doing the dishes and laundry, as a part of my week that keeps my life on track.
I’ll admit my goals may be different- I don’t generally max out weight, and my goal is to maintain or slowly build muscle for other tennis, rock climbing, and overall aging well. But I’m able to do those things because gym time and building strength is as important as clean clothes and a clean kitchen.
I’m really into these machines, particularly Anbernic and Retroid. I’m already in the linked group and on the Retro Handhelds Discord. Hoping to see content here!
In theory, I completely agree. In practice, the idea of a surgeon operating on myself or a loved one, with a headset strapped to their face and observing everything through a series of cameras, is terrifying.
I’m not sure how long it’ll be before the public trust is present in technology like this to the point that’ll be okay. I think we’ll get there, but not with the first generation.
It’d be nice, but honestly, it’s a lot of infrastructure and our traffic patterns don’t really require it. A bus or a shuttle wouldn’t take very long and costs a lot less to build and maintain.
I think more than anything we need better use of our bus and shuttle system. Maybe some electric busses.
