Rent seeking on housings is revolting. I wouldn't call myself hardcore communist but damn how I wish housing is not something someone can make rent(as in economics) off of.

Women are more likely to experience gender-based bullying than men. Men gets bullied too but they are rarely targeted specifically because of their gender.

The article really didn't have to only focus on women but it's also somewhat valuable insight.

The idea and the execution is really cool.

But it sucks. On-demand is just plain better than fixed channels.

Oh great. Samsung doesn't put blue light filter on screenshots anymore. Nice.

They should be paying app developers to stay on their platform. Fuck this sick duopoly.

In their defence 99% of the population don't know the difference and no real meaning is lost because AI just means scary machine stuff to them.

Japan. Any other places have some places where speed suffers because they eventually go through Japan.

GPT tldr: Chaos erupted at the offices of the e-commerce platform TMON in Seoul as thousands of angry customers swarmed the building demanding refunds amid the company's liquidity crisis. With no clear protocol in place, the crowds grew unruly as they tried to register for refunds, with many leaving empty-handed. TMON and its sister company WeMakePrice have been unable to pay their sellers since May, leading to a flood of canceled purchases and refund requests that the companies have struggled to process. Customers whose travel packages were canceled expressed frustration at the lack of progress, with one saying the waiting numbers and registration forms seemed meaningless. Despite TMON's efforts to process 1,000 refunds on-site, the massive crowds far exceeded that number, leaving many customers still waiting to get their money back.

Fun fact: TMON's parent company, Qoo10, owns wish.com.

Kia Ray is a compact car, currently only available in South Korea. It's tiny yet can carry a lot so a lot of small businesses have these as a van alternative.

I hate cars. But getting rid of them has a long way ahead and I think this kind of small-but-big kind of car can appeal general public and make cities better.
