Love the modularity, good way to keep components ticking away, as motherboards are always the hardest thing to find. Hopefully they can survive long enough to be relevant over the years, as of now I'd stick with a mister.

Great to see Cinnamon keeps on trucking and like XFCE has a solid following.

Bazzite use the home theatre version for a console like experience. Or go with the desktop versions Gnome and KDE both work really well however the emudeck devs have programmed it to work with KDE if you wanted to use that go with KDE.

I find it mental how some Americans hold trump in such regard and use commie as a slur for anything that would support the average persons basic needs. You've been played like a cheap fiddle

This randomly popped into my head this morning

My friend had one, It was peak cool for a 6-year-old. Mine had red wheels though it was called hot wheels it didn't have sound effects

What was your first bike and first coveted bike? Did you get your dream bike off the bat?

Randomly made a little post on Reddit that cloned one I made on lemmy, and it really showed the difference in user. I brought a screen protector and mentioned it didn't have glue and got a comment from each platform regarding the same issue that really made me realise the difference in communities and how tired I've become of the whole "well ackually" mentality of Reddit.

Lemmy comment, just asking a question and provides a solution trying to help: "Is it perhaps static cling, or do you have to apply with a water/soap solution?"

Reddit comment just randomly guessing and making out I'm a moron who doesn't know how screen protectors work despite me saying in the description I'd done so, got 14 upvotes on a 20 upvoted post, so this is basically the vibe of that sub I guess.

"I'm inclined to believe that you didn't peel the right side. "

This is my rant for the evening, think I'll go back to not bothering with Reddit any more, maybe I am stupid :D.

Got my rg35xx-h and the provided screen protector had no glue, so I ordered one off Amazon, this is what came. I think I'll just stick to my 3d printed case.

EDIT: Edit just checked these didn’t have glue either, what’s going on haha Brand is Mr Sheild

The biggest issue with this frame was a dent on the lower tube, I didn't have any decent blocks of wood to make a frame roller, so the wife and I spent yesterday making them as a 3d print.

While it didn't completely remove the dent, it did help make it smaller.

Before

After: the paint wearing was from sanding down ready for painting not the blocks
