I am like her, but I hate the commute and that my dogs are lonely. Some workplaces do work-from-home well, and most don't. So that may be part of her problem. Seems to work best at companies where they started and continue to be remote-only.

These traitors sound like they're only acting as remote hands for people that don't understand that RealID is not default in every state and other things because they're also fucking morons. "If you're cleared." Sit the fuck down. Pathetic.
I like the uncluttered design. If the buttons feel good I’ll have to check it out as it’s one of my favorite handheld profiles.
edit: It has arrived. Got the green, and it's pretty stunning. No defects I can detect. Immediately installed NextUI which should be stock IMO. I like that it has the tactile style buttons similar to the SP. I thought it would be too small, but it has grippy knurling like OG Game Boys on the back so you have something to grab on. Overall, super impressed. Anbernic, etc. on notice now, ha. Thanks for helping me discover this.
I'm going to borrow that.
When you know a choice you made should have immediate or impending consequences, but the world carries on as if it's business as usual. I was actually surprised when the opposite happened in Outer Worlds 2 recently. If you trigger a certain event and don't go deal with it ASAP, it will happen without you and there are consequences.
Hardly any exclusives. Hardware is more and more meh with every release. We broke. Steam and GoG are so convenient I don't even think about it. Nintendo will die a patent troll death.
I dont normally go for this genre but they nailed the atmosphere and all out weirdness. The mystery keeps me coming back. It never beats you over the head with details or rams how you’re supposed to feel down your throat. Very clever design.
I work with older guys. Unix engineers. They’re a bit reticent to change. They’ve been at it for 20+ years on average so they sneer at this Agile stuff. And I don’t blame them. They are at least interested in automation so I’ve slowly been getting them involved there. Positive movement there so far just takes time and lots of conversations.
These dudes you describe sound like total imbeciles.
