not everyone will like you...
this was hard to accept until I understood that some people are fucking worthless human trash. the fact that they don't like me is fine

but I have witnessed positive changes in people who dedicate themselves to improving their own physical form.

i hear you and I wish I could unexperience some of my life experiences. I'm not saying that there is a big population of humans that are worth less than others but when you have witnessed firsthand what the worst of the worst, it's an uncomfortable truth that sometimes people can be monsters unworthy of humanity.
