This appears to be one of the latest addition to Zaporizhzhia's tram fleet, a Tatra KT4DtM designed in Czech, made in Germany, that was previously operated in Berlin, and transferred in 2018.
This tram was on Route 14, Zaporizhzhia State Circus.
Also check out Bakuman, a manga and anime about creating and publishing manga written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata, the same duo best known for Death Note(!)
I haven't watched the anime, but the source manga is very good.

As @Rottcodd@lemmy.world says, MF Ghost has is positives (racing, automobile geekery, and soundtrack), and minuses (any plot other than racing, not just failing the Bechdel Test but ripping it up and torching the shreds).
Wisely, the MF Ghost staff decided to limit the non-racing time to about half an episode when needed.
Spot the difference...
