Played out some 4-5 hours more of Dragon Age: Inquisition, there are still 3-4 areas I haven't even started exploring, so this is going to take a few months more.

Also played a few hours of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Some spoilers if you haven't played the game. If your client doesn't auto-hide them, you should skip next 3 paragraphs.

Ocarina of Time spoilersCleared the Zora area, was a bit lost on how to get to the stone, but figured it out after running around for a bit. Got stuck in the dungeon though, couldn't figure out how to proceed. There were couple of switches but needed to put something on it or the door closes. Had to look it up that you have to talk to the Princess multiple times. Since majority of NPC don't change their dialogue, I didn't bother talking to her again after hearing her dialogue.

So, cleared the dungeon, got stuck again at finding "Ocarina of Time", then finally got the master sword, and found out that BotW wasn't the first time when Link slept for years, apparently it's a thing he do. Alo, Link got bigger! I didn't know about that, so that was surprising.

Now, I am again stuck at Karakiro Village, since the Sheik told me to go there, but can't figure out what to do. Impa was supposed to be at graveyard, but can't find it there. And have tried most buildings in the village and there isn't anything directing me where to go. There is obviously something under the well, but my bomb can't destroy it yet, so will come back to it later. Well, I am not stuck enough yet to look up what to do, going to see if I missed anything. Maybe will figure something out.

I was also playing Swords and Soldiers in small bursts. Finished it. It was a fun little game, and I'll recommend it if you like the genre. I have heard that second game is better in every way, so have added it to my wishlist. Sad to see that the studio has closed though.

Phew that went for a while πŸ˜€

So, what have you been playing lately? Or any game that you would like to recommend?

Still playing Paper Mario . Finished Chapter 1, currently in Chapter 2. Let's see how much further I can get over this weekend.

Also playing some Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, trying to get all the trophies. Only playing it once a while, so it is going to take a long while.

What about all of you? What have you been playing?

Hello Everyone!

Time for another update on our gaming progress!

I am still playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingom. About 65 hours in. Small non-spoiler update next, those who want to avoid it can move to next paragraph. I am going for the last regional quest, and have found 60+ shrines. As for exploration, have done about 1/4th of Depths and Sky Islands, and activated all Sky towers, though there's still a lot to find.

I mentioned resuming Animal Crossing, but it didn't went far. My wife is completely back into it, but I haven't played it much, whenever I am on Switch I just want to play Zelda.

In non-Nintendo world, just downloaded Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, going to start playing it with my kid. Going to be our first beat 'em up together, if I am not forgetting any.

Other than that, also planning to give Monster Hunter: World another try, this time with a group of friends.

That's all from me. What are you all up to? What are you playing?

That's really sad. What's worse that Nintendo isn't the only one, apparently it happens a lot in the gaming industry.

Still playing Dragon Age: Inquisition, I am about 50 hours in, and I can see at least 20-30 hours more, maybe even 50, who knows. Still enjoying the game, so no complaints there.

Cleared the Goron Dungeon in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, got lost on my way to Zora domain. Found the way, but haven't reached it yet. Controls aren't much of an issue anymore, and didn't need any help until clearing the Goron Dungeon, though had to look up a bit because I got lost after that.

When looking up where to go next, I found out there are tons of collectables that I missed, got couple of them, but then thought I don't want to use guide to find these things, at least not in my first playthrough, and not before I have finished most of the game. So, left those, and did some exploring my own, and now getting ready to go to Zora domain.

During the week, when looking for a game to play in small bursts, resumed Swords and Soldiers, it's a 2D strategy / tower defense game. I started playing it a long time ago, but only did 15 out of 40 levels, so played some of the older levels to get the feel of it again and enjoying it now. I am at level 35 now. There are 4 campaigns, and each has 10 levels, so I am basically halfway through the last Campaign. Got a sudden difficulty spike so stuck for a bit, but plan to finally finish it now.

What about all of you? What have you playing lately?

So, I just remembered what I used to do with Game Boy Camera.

See this post

And I had an idea. What if Nintendo made a modern day cheap digital camera, in the same shape as a game boy camera, inside a game boy pocket.

But the camera is a modern camera. And the screen is in full color. You could shoot various movie scenes, and upload them to your switch. Where you have the "Mario Movie Suite". It's like Mario Paint, but sooooo much more.

Not a real game boy, btw. The whole unit is all one piece, so don't get excited that you can pull the camera and play games or put the camera in a different game boy. It's just astetics.

So you upload a movie you shot on your Game Boy Camera. Inside the movie suite on switch you can use a controller, or hook up a mouse and keyboard (non-propriatary, so these don't come with the package, but any mouse and/or keyboard will work. USB or bluetooth) to edit the videos. Then each edited scene can be placed in order.

While editing, you can put in special effects. You can use the audio editor to upload your own audio (maybe to add a music background, or special audio effects you've created). You can use the midi score to create your own music like in Mario Paint.

You can use premade animations, or draw your own.

And when you've finalized everything, the studio will save an MP4 on your memory card inside the switch that you can then transfer to a PC.

I feel like Nintendo, for all they care about creativity have REALLY been letting obvious ideas slip through the cracks.

They could even sell a $60 version of this software WITHOUT the peripheral, and you just use your cell phones camera. I think the more expensive version WITH the peripheral will be the real seller though. Even if I do think it'll cost $60 more.

God dammit.......now I got myself excited for software that isn't even being considered right now!!!
