MODERATORS
Ill never understand the arguments against unions. Maybe boomers have issues with it. But if you're a young person, time and time again has shown unions actually increase your paycheck.
Paycheck, but perhaps also safety regulations and other work conditions (e.g., mandatory rest time)
Man people don't understand that shit, I still hear people talking about how overtime causes you to pay more taxes and bonuses are taxed higher, both are untrue.
