It isn't a celebration. It marks one year since the ethnic cleansing against the palestinian people has started.

This is a protest against a year of genocide.

Over 42,000 minimum direct deaths, mostly women and children. Conservative estimates that include indirect deaths, from the absolute destruction of all civilian infrastructure in Gaza, is over 140,000.
