i'm genuinely curious about the "thrifting is ruined" thing, wh.. what is that based on? Is that a regional thing or did they just completely make it up? Because here in sweden thrifting is on the rise and the major issue with it is just not finding stuff you want.

Maybe it's that prices are increasing? But that's across the board.

prices increase sometimes to a point unheard of in thrifting. Although I wouldn't say its ruined, maybe just worse but that's because all of the primemark clothes are starting to roll in ROFL.
