ah yes, freedom is when i beg the sovereign of my state to enact an edict upon SuperMegaFastFood Corp. telling them that all fried tubers must be cooked in the fat of cattle alone. you have to be so genuinely removed from reality to find this thought cogent.
I do feel America as a society has very low standards in terms of tuber preparation though. I wish someone would do something about it.
I volunteer for the potato re-eduction job. I will round up the entire mid west and have them make potato salad right (no mayo, grainy mustard and red wine vinaigrette!) and those who survive can move on to fries.
