I see dudes mad about the girl power. I did love how skilled she was at taking out major demons and it made sense capturing dante since she is basically the most skilled human warrior on the show. On top of that dante had several chances to kill her. In the dmc 3 game dante is shown naive and compulsive and screwed up there as well, lady was the disciplined hunter. Plus the armor reminds me of the game oni on ps2.

Tbh... And don't shoot the messenger.... The women were kinda done dirty in the show. I didn't really like this adaptation of Lady imo. The dialogue was which shankar does too often unfortunately. Brother..... She is Lady. She literally takes out level 4 demons she doesn't need to swear in every line mate. Obviously being a government stooge is a character arc too. Arkham being taken out in flashbacks is a major blow to flesh out her character imo and I hope he isn't gone for good. But they did lucie dirtiest of all. No way she gets captured by humans like that. Her power levels rival dante in dmc 2 and she defeats a demon lord. That to me is more jarring than cocky dante getting caught
