Pro tip, leave the deprogram. It's a tankie subreddit that often use fear tactics to make you listen to opinion pieces that will negatively affect your perception on things.

Is stuff fucked in the US? Yes. But putting yourself in a fearmongering political echo chamber just makes it so much worse. The goal of that subreddit is to make you angry and get more engagement out of you from it, not to inform you.

Do r/196 users not see the irony of first posting this and then directly following up with your own fearmongering?
