His entire post is about craftsmanship. And I agree with most of what he says! Good craftsmanship can really separate one brand from another.

But the video he's responding to addresses this. It estimates the cost of labor put into a Hermes bag at $400, appropriate for a highly skilled craftsperson working for a few hours, but even with that taken into account the final price of the Hermes bag ended up being over 95% branding and the logo.
