Russia has so many wildly differing ethnicities and races, it’s like saying anti-Americanism is racism
Africa has a zillion ethnicities and people are still racist against Africans.
In Ukraine, russians are seen as "polluted & removedd" white people "infected" with asianism, while ukrainians are the pure true slavic cradle interlinked with intellectual europeanness. Its a 100% racism.
And as soon as Ukraine loses this war, the west will see Ukrainians that way too!

People are racialized regardless of any "logical" reason pertaining to race. Even Black & White is not a binary grounded on real metrics, truly, yes- that it includes things tangtiable visible to the human eyes, is one of the main reasons its easy to maintain, but in the end reality is consensus, and reality is created by the material circumstances of the time.
They usually call Russians bad by virtue of being "tainted" by Asiatic blood, so I'd say racism still fits.
