The U.S. dropped more ordinance on NK than was used in the entirety of WW2 and attempted to genocide their population, what makes you think more bombs are going to sway them now?

Yet more ordinance was dropped on Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos and there was no genocide, bombs are bad at genocide

The only reason you don't consider these acts to be genocidal is that you live in a world where America still has influence over how their crimes are reported and recounted on the international stage. Once that control of the narrative is lost the world will correctly look at the crimes of the US with the same derision that is currently reserved for Nazis.
