So, this whole thing about mental development. It is true that the brain develops at different places, but it is only fully developed at around 25 at the earliest. For many people they can be near 30 before it is fully developed. For some people, their brains don't develop in the same way or same extent as others. So if anything, shouldn't this line of reasoning lead to a much older age of consent?
