any country that tariffs EVs, solar/renewable tech, or any of the tools for transitioning away from fossil fuels should be embargoed and sanctioned so hard they get diarrhea in front of everybody at church.
All countries tariff their imports and exports at 100%, which is then used to gift them mountains of solar panels.
A 100% tariff on solar panels which is used to double the purchase size of the solar panels, delivered to the initial purchaser.
