And they're going to get away with it.
There may be a few sanctuary areas that opt out of giving contracts to these intrusive surveillance contractors like Flock, but enough people have devices in their pockets or their homes that it won't make much of a difference. Every device a person has with a camera or microphone and a wireless connection is spying on you.
Hell even the wi-fi can apparently be used to detect people nearby
