now remember kids, political violence is never acceptable, under any circumstances, no matter how much you disagree with someone politically, you should never celebrate harm coming to them.
times like this are when it's very important to put aside our political differences and remember our common humanity.
totally unrelated:

Jordan Neely was strangled to death on the NYC subway by Daniel Penny. subsequently Penny was invited to attend the Army-Navy football game as Trump's guest, and was hired by the VC firm Andreessen Horowitz.
Sorry, I'm tired and can't tell if sarcasm. Political violence can sometimes be okay when stopping legitimate harm on other people. For example, Hitler being removed was ok.
If someone calls for harm or promotes ideology that will harm various people, i think it's ok if it is used to stop them but only as a last resort when all other means of reasoning have been attempted.
I don't like violence. Sometimes, fighting a bully is ok. I think it is good not to condone it, however, and I also think it is extremely difficult to justify.
In an ideal world, we would be able to charge people and put them through a court system to prevent them from causing or spreading more harm against others, but many countries do not have the systems or are corrupt/too lenient against people who worm their way through legal systems and freedom of speech laws. It's tricky.
Sorry for the essay.

all of them are meant as examples of the general trend of right-wing people celebrating political violence when it suits their goals.
but if you want an explicit Charlie Kirk connection, here you go. he tweeted "Daniel Penny is a hero":
