You do exactly what Castillo did that got him arrested, but with popular power and Bolivian inspiration, you don't let them arrest you.

This has been my take away from watching recent latam socialists too. Run the usual electoralist strategy but with a militant faction of collectivos to combat the inevitable coup. The failed coup on Evo really drove that home for me.

That said, idk if Roberto is on board with this strategy.
