what the hell is that
It's a canned dog treat dispenser to be used with a KONG toy. Think cheez wiz for dogs, meant to be put in a hollow rubber cone for a dog to get enrichment and endorphins by trying to lick the paste out from the inside of the toy.
I don't buy the canned stuff because it's so expensive and unnecessary, but my dog loves his kongs.
