spinning off its Xbox division or selling it entirely.

Would be really funny if Sega bought it and got back into the console market, but the more likely buyer would be Sony.

Sony would buy the studios and their IP but wouldn't touch Xbox with a 10 feet pole. Buying to bury the brand might get them labeled as Gatekeeper by the EU
