But that wealth is stocks on company's that don't name a profit. How would distributing those stocks help us?
Well we’ve tried not doing it this whole time and that doesn’t really seem to be working out so maybe we try it just this once.

So we are going to take stocks from companies that don't turn a profit, and try to extract crash to fund programs to help everyone in a liquidity crunch.
This is will work out well
You rapidly sell all the stocks, cash out while tanking the bullshit company and reducing the wealth of all those heavily invested in it. Win, win, win.
You can't do that. He's required to submit forms about sells, and he's not asked to still spaceX for one year
It's fine we can just do the trades and the SEC can fine him a few thousand later.
